Andrew Akpe-Doe

Andrew Akpe-Doe is a Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack Developer and Technical Team Lead with more than 10 years of professional experience designing, developing, integrating, supporting and troubleshooting enterprise-grade applications and digital platforms.

His engineering experience spans government technology, customs and trade facilitation, financial services, healthcare, education, e-commerce and enterprise systems, with exposure to both local and international technology projects.

Andrew currently works with Ghana Link Network Services, where he contributes to the engineering and support of large-scale customs and trade technology platforms.

His work includes involvement with the Integrated Customs Management System (ICUMS) and, together with his team, the Gambia National Single Window (GNSW), a national digital platform supporting the simplification and coordination of cross-border trade and customs processes in The Gambia.

These environments have provided him with practical experience engineering software where availability, transaction integrity, interoperability, performance, security and operational reliability have direct implications for government services, international trade and business operations.

Andrew's technical capability extends across the complete application stack, from frontend applications and backend services through APIs, databases, integrations, application servers, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines and production environments.

At DRAKA Labs, Andrew contributes senior engineering capability focused on translating complex institutional and business requirements into integrated, scalable and production-ready enterprise applications; within DRAKA.PC, his experience is particularly relevant to modular ERP services, complex integrations and enterprise applications that must operate reliably across the University's interconnected digital environment.
