Biography
Dr. Christabel (Apea-Bah) Addo-Mfoamfo is an experienced technology leader, administrative consultant and project-management professional with extensive industry experience spanning enterprise technology, ERP implementation, IT infrastructure, network engineering, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, systems integration and complex technology-project delivery.
Her technology career began after completing her first degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in 2001. She subsequently earned an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Ghana and a doctoral qualification from California Intercontinental University, USA. She is also PMP® certified, complementing her technology background with formal project-management capability.
Throughout her professional career, Dr. Addo-Mfoamfo has participated in and led enterprise technology initiatives across different organisational environments, with particular experience in the implementation, operation and optimisation of Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
Her experience extends beyond technology implementation to the organisational realities of digital transformation: coordinating consultants, managing timelines, integrating systems, supporting users, ensuring that implemented modules meet operational objectives, and driving technology adoption toward measurable improvements in organisational performance.
She currently serves as Head of Information Systems at Graphic Communications Group Ltd., where her responsibilities have included championing ERP implementation, coordinating technology consultants and supporting the effective integration of enterprise systems into organisational operations.
