Biography
Assoc. Prof. Moses Naiim Fuseini is an academic, researcher and technology professional whose work bridges technology, development research, systems analysis and digital transformation. He has approximately a decade of experience in university teaching, research and community engagement, complemented by more than six years of professional technology experience as a Systems Analyst and Quality Assurance Lead within the trade ecosystem.
He holds a PhD in Development Studies, with research interests at the intersection of technology and poverty studies. His academic work examines how technological change influences livelihoods, inequality and socioeconomic development. This multidisciplinary background allows him to approach technology from both sides of the digital transformation equation: how digital systems are analysed, designed, tested and operationalised, and how those technologies ultimately affect people, institutions, livelihoods and development outcomes.
At DRAKA Labs, Prof. Fuseini provides leadership for research examining how digital technologies can be developed, evaluated and deployed in ways that promote inclusion, institutional effectiveness and sustainable socioeconomic transformation. His role also brings practical systems-analysis and quality-assurance experience into the Laboratory's research environment, strengthening the connection between technology research, system quality, implementation and real-world impact.
